By using MusicFromSpoti you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
MusicFromSpoti lets you look up one Spotify or SoundCloud track by URL or title and save an MP3. Public Spotify playlists and albums can be saved as a ZIP or as separate MP3 files, up to 50 tracks. We do not offer podcasts or SoundCloud sets.
The service is provided as is. Availability, quality and whether a given track can be found may change without notice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the links and titles you submit and for what you do with the file.
Download only material you have the right to keep: your own upload, a Creative Commons track whose terms you follow, or a recording the rightsholder has allowed you to archive.
You must not use MusicFromSpoti to distribute other people’s catalogues, to attack the site, or to overload Spotify, SoundCloud or our servers.
Copyright
MusicFromSpoti does not grant a licence to the music. Streaming terms generally do not include a right to export files for sharing.

Accounts and access
No MusicFromSpoti account is required. We may block IPs or requests that look automated or abusive.
We may change, suspend or stop the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MusicFromSpoti and its operators are not liable for lost files, downtime, third-party blocks, or damages that come from using or not being able to use the site.
The MP3 you receive is a copy of a public source at the bitrate you picked. It is not a lossless master and is not Spotify HiFi.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the last change. If you keep using MusicFromSpoti after an update, you accept the new terms.

MusicFromSpoti is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Spotify, SoundCloud, or their parent companies, affiliates or licensors. References to those names describe which public catalogues the tool can look up; they do not imply any partnership or official status.
