Summary
MusicFromSpoti does not require an account. We collect cookies, the track links or titles you submit, and short-lived technical logs needed to run the downloader. We do not sell personal data.
Who we are
MusicFromSpoti is a web service that finds a single Spotify or SoundCloud track and saves it as MP3. This policy applies to the MusicFromSpoti website and the download forms on it.

What we collect
Cookies. We store a small file on your device after you tap OK on the cookie banner, so we do not show the banner again. The browser may also send a session cookie needed for the site to load.
Requests you send. When you paste a track URL or a title, that text is sent to our server so we can find the track. Recent requests may stay in the on-page history list for the life of the server process. That list is not a long-term archive and is not tied to a named account.
Technical data. The server may log IP address, browser type, time, and whether a request succeeded, to keep the service stable and to investigate abuse.
We do not ask for your Spotify or SoundCloud password. We do not run a user database of names, emails or payment cards.
Why we collect it
To run the downloader: look up the track you asked for, show a preview, and send the MP3 file.
To remember that you accepted cookies.
To diagnose errors and block automated abuse.
Cookies
MusicFromSpoti uses cookies. After you press OK on the banner, we save a flag in local storage (and may set a cookie) so the banner does not appear on every visit.
These files are used to operate the site, not to build an advertising profile. You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner will show again.

Third parties
To find a track we contact Spotify, SoundCloud or other public sources that host the recording. Those services have their own privacy policies.
We do not embed advertising networks or sell lists of URLs you searched.
How long we keep data
The cookie-consent flag stays until you clear site data.
On-page download history lives in server memory and disappears when the process restarts.
Error logs are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us what data we hold, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing. Write to privacy@musicfromspoti.com.
You can stop using the site at any time and clear cookies in your browser.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text.
